Being 2 late is the worst.. The stress, rushing through traffic, dashing to where you need to be.. This track takes me back to those moments and reminds me that I beat them before being 2 late

Illusions, they are everywhere. The track title came from the deep break in this track. You can’t make out what the vocals are saying and they have this pleasant yet haunting sound about them. Maybe some illusions can be bad and some can be good

This one came to me out of nowhere and the vocal reminded me of Daft Punk! Turned out to be more of a deep house track with a powerful bassline. When the ideas of a song come together really quickly (as well as the title) it makes me wonder what sort of meaning does it have? Or is trying to tell me based on my experiences. The best description I can think of is that it came from me waiting for the right time to put my music out there and that time is now!
The Sound

At first I had called this one “Alignment” because the two synth sounds complimented each other back and forth. It was also created when I felt aligned in my life to begin starting to send out my music. I then changed the name to suit the sick vocal saying “getting high off the sound”. I thought it was more suiting to the track as when listening to certain music at certain times I do feel like you get a high from the sound!
